Strong Cell Return Policy 

We want you to be 100% happy with your Strong Cell purchase. If you’re not, we offer two simple refund options depending on your order: 

 

Option 1: First Order Only | 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee  

  • Applies only to your first order 
  • If you’re not satisfied, just contact us within 90 days of delivery 
  • No return required 
  • We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method


90-Day Money-Back Guarantee; Exclusions for Free Trial Conversions

The Company offers a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applicable to a customer’s initial purchase, whether made as a one-time purchase or as the first order of a standard subscription.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to any initial purchase made through a free trial conversion, including any offer in which a customer receives a trial (free or discounted) that automatically converts into a paid subscription (collectively, “Free Trial Conversions”).

By enrolling in a Free Trial Conversion, you acknowledge and agree that your initial purchase and any subsequent charges under such offer are not eligible for refunds under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, except where required by applicable law.

All subsequent recurring charges under any subscription (including standard subscriptions and Free Trial Conversions) are not eligible for refunds under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Please note that our 90-day money-back guarantee is limited to first-time customers and their initial order.

Creating a secondary account using a different email address, shipping address, or phone number will not qualify as a new customer, and therefore will not be eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and fairness of our guarantee program.

 

Option 2: All Other Orders After The First Order | 30-Day Return Policy 

  • Applies to all orders after the first order 
  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging 
  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery, and ensure that the return is shipped and postmarked within that same 30-day period.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label 
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued 
  • Opened products are not eligible under this policy 
  • Unauthorized returns are not accepted
