We will send you an email reminder 3 days before your next order processes so you have time to make changes if needed.

Cancel Before Processing: If you cancel before your next order processes, you won’t be charged for that cycle.
Processed But Not Yet Fulfilled: If your order has been processed but not yet fulfilled, we may still be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately.
Processed & Fulfilled (Shipped): Once your order has been fulfilled, it cannot be stopped. However, you can still return unopened items within our 30-day return window.
